The hotel had a plug-in room deodorizer which was a bit strong and made me wonder what type of odor they were trying to cover up. Our clothes needed laundering due to the strong smell like smoke that permeated everything, and the rooms were pretty small.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms had a small kitchenette, which was a nice touch. However, the smell of smoke was overwhelming, and we had to launder our clothes after staying here. The view of the Rocky Mountains was wonderful, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with amazing views of the Rocky Mountains. The rooms were large and spacious, smelling wonderful; I will definitely stay here again. The only downside was that the view was partially blocked by the dresser and drapes, and the breakfast area was a bit small. Overall, a great experience!

The service was incredible and very kind. While the staff who took our reservation was very helpful and cooperative, I did notice a missed opportunity when I saw 3 senior citizens struggling with their bags through the weird lobby without assistance.

The hotel is located on a granite hill here in Colorado Springs, serving as a great base to explore the area. It's not very close to downtown or the Academy but nicely accessible to I-25 while being quiet. However, finding an alternate entrance in the rain and dark from the parking lot was challenging.
